Where are your swimsuits/clothes made?

Coral Swimwear is proudly designed and produced in the Philippines.

Who made your swimsuits/clothes?

Talented women from the province of Rizal, Philippines sew for our brand.

How do I know which swimsuit/outfit would best flatter my body type?

Please refer to our body type guide in the sizing guide tab on the home page.

How do I know what size to order?

 Please refer to the size chart in each swimsuit description.

Where can I try on your suits?

You may schedule an appointment at our HQ in Ortigas Ave. Ext., Cainta. 

Which courier do you use and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

We use different couriers, depending on your mode of payment and shipping location.

For PayPal/bank deposit transactions with shipping within Metro Manila, we use TAG DELIVERY. Shipping takes up to 7-10 working days days after acknowledgment of payment.

For Cash-On-Delivery transactions, we use LBC for proviancial and TAG DELIVERY for Metro Manila. Shipping takes up to 7-10 working days after acknowledgment of payment. 

For PayPal/bank deposit transactions with shipping outside of Metro Manila, we use LBC. Shipping takes up to 7-10 working days after acknowledgment of payment.

What are your shipping fees?

♥ Metro Manila : Php 100

  Greater Metro Manila (Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Rizal, Pampanga, Laguna) : Php 180

♥ Provincial Areas (Misamis Oriental, Negros Occidental, Iloilo, Bataan, Zambales) : Php 200

♥ Provincial Areas (Cebu, Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur) : Php 250

What if I need my swimsuit right away?

♥ If you need your order at a sooner time than the estimated delivery date, please email us at sales.coralswimwearph@gmail.com so that we may arrange for an expedited delivery using LALA MOVE or GRAB EXPRESS. 

Please note that our customers shoulder the additional costs for the expedited delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

♥ Yes! Please take note that shipping charges increase for international shipments. We use LBC as our courier.

Do you have a cut-off time for shipments?

We only ship from Mondays to Fridays.

Please be reminded that payments deposited or sent by 3pm will be shipped the next day. Any payments made after our 3pm cut off will be shipped the day after.

To explain:

If today is May 2 and you pay before 3pm, your order will be shipped on May 3. If today is May 2 and you pay after 3pm, your order will be shipped on May 4. :)

What are your care instructions?

♥ Gentle hand wash with cold water.

♥ Use mild detergent.

♥ Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or dry clean.

♥ Do not leave under direct sunlight to prevent fading.

♥ Do not wring, soak, or bleach.

♥ Do not leave rolled up wet.

♥ Do not iron.

♥ Avoid contact with rough surfaces as this may cause pulling to swimwear.

♥ Some sunscreen lotions and tanning oils may mark or damage swimwear.

♥ We recommend that you rinse immediately after use.

♥ We recommend that you do not wear your swimsuit in hot baths or pools as it could cause damage to your swimsuit.

♥ Some shades may bleed or transfer when wet (especially black with white).

♥ Be careful not wear light colored clothing over wet swimwear.

 

What are your payment options?

We accept direct deposit payments via BDO and BPI, GCASH, Dragonpay, as well as COD and Paypal.

For COD, please be sure to confirm your order via email and to be certain that this will be your mode of payment. We do not allow cancellations of COD orders after confirmation.

For bank deposits, we will process your order as soon as we receive a scanned copy of your deposit slip, or a screenshot of your bank transfer via email. You may email your proof of payment along with your contact details to sales.coralswimwearph@gmail.com.

Please DOUBLE CHECK our account numbers to ensure that you make your payment to the correct bank accounts.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We only allow exchanges for damaged items.

Please note that the hygienic liner and the tags must be intact to facilitate the exchange.

For hygienic purposes, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than the above. Please understand, it is like exchanging underwear. :(
